Renaissance Roastery

When stopping by the MOCAD on February 12th, be sure to grab a cup of coffee from Detroit’s new Renaissance Roastery! Erin Green (owner) previously ran a small cafe in Ann Arbor, and has a passion for coffee. Now having made the move to Detroit with her fiance, she hopes to provide the city with fresh roasted, fair-trade and organic coffee! Valentines Day Items for Sale, Febraury 12th at the MOCAD!

Stop by the MOCAD between 11am and 3pm to pick up one of our delectable Valentines Day Goodies. Pare it up with a cup of coffee from Renaissance Roastery and take a few minutes to check out the MOCAD’s latest exhibition. Joshua White and Gary Panter’s Light Show is a new exhibition organized especially for the Museum by two great pioneers of multimedia art. White and Panter have been working together since the late 1990s, and this exhibition is their largest collaborative project to date.

Made with home-grown pink banana winter squash, scallions, hot peppers, garlic, ginger and salt; in Blair’s own words, “Spicy, sweet, sauer.
